Welcome to tg 345. The tg 345 platform — accessible at tg345.im — is operated for the benefit of players in Pakistan and the wider region. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tg 345 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They apply to every service available on tg 345 including sports betting, live cricket markets, casino games, card games such as Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and Poker, and the tg 345 VIP Club.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the tg 345 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility

To register and use tg 345 you must meet all of the following requirements without exception.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be the rightful owner of the payment method you use to deposit on tg 345.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise restricted from gambling under any applicable law or agreement.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep it updated thereafter.
• You must not already hold an active account on tg 345. One account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.

Account Registration

Creating a tg 345 account is free. During registration you will be asked to provide your mobile number, a valid email address, and to set a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits on tg 345 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. tg 345 supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• If a deposit is flagged for security review, tg 345 may temporarily hold the funds pending verification. You will be contacted via your registered details.

Withdrawals

tg 345 is committed to fast and reliable PKR withdrawals. Verified accounts in good standing can withdraw winnings to their registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via IBFT are processed within one business day.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on tg 345 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a method verified under the same account holder name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This is a one-time process per account.
• Any active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will prevent withdrawal of bonus funds until those requirements are met. Real-money funds not subject to wagering can be withdrawn at any time.

• tg 345 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if unusual account activity is detected.

• The tg 345 welcome bonus is available to new registered players making their first deposit. It is limited to one claim per person, per household, and per payment method.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• tg 345 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered contact details.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, using bonus funds in a pattern designed to hedge risk, or misrepresenting eligibility — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• VIP Club cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited as bonus funds with a standard wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.

Betting Rules

Sports betting and live cricket markets on tg 345 are governed by the following general rules. Game-specific rules for cricket, PSL, football, and other markets are published in the relevant sections of the platform.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and reflected in your betting history on tg 345. Verbal or implied bets are not recognised.
• All bets are placed at your own risk. tg 345 does not guarantee any outcome and is not responsible for losses arising from your betting decisions.
• Live betting markets on tg 345 close or suspend automatically during significant match events such as wickets, goals, or suspensions. Bets placed before a market suspension are settled at the odds shown at confirmation time.
• tg 345 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error. Affected players will be notified and their stake refunded.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed on each market and may be adjusted at the discretion of tg 345.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, arbitrage opportunities, or delay in tg 345 systems to gain an unfair advantage will result in bet voidance and account review.

Casino & Card Games

tg 345 offers live dealer games including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Casino Hold'em, and RNG-based games such as digital Poker, slot-style games, and table games. All games operate under the following conditions.

• All RNG games on tg 345 use a certified random number generator that is independently audited. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform, individual players, or any external party.
• Live dealer games use real physical cards dealt by trained dealers over a live video stream. tg 345 does not manipulate live game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the hand will be settled according to the game's disconnection policy, which is displayed within the game interface on tg 345.
• Tournament poker buy-ins on tg 345 are non-refundable once a tournament has commenced. Late registration rules for each tournament are displayed in the tournament lobby.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tg 345. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on tg 345 or assisting another person to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with tg 345 systems or place bets.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, card game, or sports betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party or using another person's payment method without their explicit written consent.
• Using tg 345 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the tg 345 platform through any technical means including hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorised API access.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening tg 345 staff, support agents, or other players through any channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to tg 345 at any stage.

• Using the tg 345 name, logo, or branding in any way that implies an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• Scraping, mirroring, or caching tg 345 content or odds data for any external use is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

tg 345 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tg 345 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial loss arising from your betting or gaming activity on tg 345.
• Service interruptions caused by internet outages, maintenance windows, or third-party technical failures beyond our control.
• Loss of data or game progress resulting from device failure or connectivity issues on the player's side.

Account Suspension & Closure

tg 345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant account balances below Rs 500 may be forfeited after a further 6-month notice period.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted to tg 345 support.

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified real-money balance above Rs 500 will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of final identity checks.

Amendments to These Terms

tg 345 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where practicable.

Minor corrections, clarifications, or updates that do not materially affect players' rights may be made without prior notice. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of tg 345 after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
